We offer traditional pure Irish linen bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, tea towels and curtains, all competitively priced - together with a selection of designer linens from the Volga Linen company. We also offer our own blend of air-dried flower confetti and decorated flower girl baskets suitable for weddings, handfastings and other celebrations.
All items labelled 'linen' to be found in our online shop are exactly as described - they derive from the fibres of Linum usitatissimum, the blue-flowered flax plant. This is an important distinction, for our pure Irish linens are produced entirely within the EU from ecologically sustainable sources and under sweatshop-free conditions. For these reasons alone, Irish linen is more desirable than synthetic fabrics and mass produced cotton (certified organic cotton excepted), not forgetting flax linen's superior durability and characterful qualities.
We've recently introduced a range of handmade antique style furniture - made to exacting standards and inspired by French Louis, French bergere and 19th Century English designs. Additionally, we are delighted to offer a collection of Lloyd Loom wicker chairs, tables and sofas manufactured by an old established British furniture firm. All our traditionally made furniture is built to last and destined to become the family heirlooms and antiques of tomorrow.
