 Masquerade Collection of Bespoke Seating Here we offer the versatile Masquerade collection of bespoke chairs, sofas and chaise longues, each piece being hand built in the UK. With its smooth lines and concealed beech wood frames, this affordable collection lends itself particularly well to vintage, retro and contemporary style upholstery fabrics. Equally, any of these pieces would look gorgeous covered in an antique style upholstery fabric such as a William Morris print or Art Nouveau design.
With the Masquerade collection, you choose your own upholstery fabric and style of chair leg. Additionally, if you require a non-standard size chair frame to fit a particular space in your room, a one-off frame can be custom made for a very reasonable flat-rate charge of £60.
If you'd like a set of castors fitted we can supply these at cost, together with other optional extras such as scatter cushions and bolster cushions. We can also send you colour charts of the available finishes for chair legs. Unless you are providing your own fabric, we can discuss your requirements and arrange to have fabric samples sent to you directly from the respective upholstery fabric suppliers.
If your heart is set on pure flax linen upholstery fabric, then any one of these pieces would look fabulous covered in a heavyweight rustic linen - perhaps even a vintage linen fabric if you can find something suitable. Although we have an account with Ferguson's Irish linens, their fabrics are only suitable for soft furnishings. We can, however, recommend a few other suppliers of heavyweight linen upholstery fabrics on request.

1. Delivery of furniture from the Masquerade bespoke collection is normally within 28 working days from the date of cleared payment. We usually request full payment approximately 10 days before the furniture is ready for despatch.
However, fabric must be paid for in full before work can commence. If you are providing your own fabric, this will need to be sent by a recorded delivery service directly to our funiture maker. We can recommend reasonably priced courier delivery services (usually under £10) if required.
You may use the online shopping basket to pay for your bespoke seating if you wish. If so, we will also send you a PayPal invoice for carriage. Alternatively, we could send you a PayPal invoice for the entire order - the furniture plus carriage. A PayPal invoice enables you to pay online by credit or debit card.

2. Delivery charge is £30 per address in England and Wales (mainland), £55 per address in Scotland (mainland). Delivery costs for other destinations are available on request. Please note that for bespoke upholstered furniture the delivery charge quoted is per load to a single address. So you may wish to order more than one piece of furniture at a time (e.g. a sofa and an armchair) in order to reduce delivery costs. 3. If your order for a bespoke piece of furniture is cancelled by you, Lily Rose & Wylde shall be entitled to retain part (or all) of the payment to the extent of their reasonable losses and expenses suffered as a result of the cancellation.
4. If, however, for any reason you wish to cancel your order for bespoke furniture within seven business days of the order date, we will honour this request and there will be no monies owed.
These terms and condtions do not affect your statutory rights.
Important information regarding delivery of bespoke Masquerade pieces
Most of the beech wood frames are in stock. The lead time provided is an estimate based on our furniture maker's experience. Together with our furniture maker, we will endeavour to deliver your piece(s) within 3-4 weeks, within the UK. At the point of delivery you will be required to sign for acceptance of the goods and thereby take full possesion and sole responsibility for them.
Delivery Notification In most cases, our furniture maker will deliver the furniture to you directly. We will email or call you 3-4 days prior to delivery to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. The driver will also call you when approximately an hour away from your home or premises, it's essential that we have all telephone numbers that might be useful for contacting you on the delivery day.
Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be held responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.
