This large lavender bag would make a beautiful gift for lovers of pure linen and silk.
Woven from 100% pure flax linen, the scalloped edge fabric holds a generous quantity of our highly aromatic dried lavender (approximately 25g). The linen is gathered together with pure silk ribbon embellished with a handmade raw silk dupion rose, the folds of linen resembling a white flower unfurling.
Put the lavender bag in drawer, or tie to a coat hanger and place in the wardrobe - great for keeping your clothes and linen smelling fresh. Alternatively, hang this bag in the car to keep the interior smelling pleasant the natural way.
As the lavender scent begins to fade, squeeze the bag every so often to release more aroma. Once the scent has faded completely, untie the bag and replenished with more dried lavender.
Alternatively, once the lavender is spent of its aroma, the pretty scalloped edged linen can be washed and ironed and used as a coaster or placemat. It could also be used as a decorative plate cover/doily for your celebratory cakes and canapes!

The diameter of the filled lavender bag, taking the tape measure all the way around the base, is 22.32 cm (8 inches). When opened out flat, the scalloped edged linen measures 24.5 cm (10 inches) in diameter.
