Bright as the summer sun, calendula/marigold petals make joyous confetti, especially if combined with a sprinkling of creamy Roman chamomile flowers. For a stunning colour contrast, mix with azure cornflower petals or with blue lavender.
Calendula petals are also lovely in potpourri mixes and for decorating handmade soaps.

Calendula petals are very lightweight and bulky, so a small amount will go a long way. For example, as little as 50g will fill 12-15 confetti cones.
